1. The Agona West Municipal Assembly intends to apply a portion of its District Assemblies Common Fund budgetary allocations to cover eligible payment for the works contract for the Renovation of 5No. Staff Bungalows.
2. The Agona West Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible and qualified Tenderers to execute the works referenced above. Tendering will be conducted in accordance with the National Competitive Tendering procedures prescribed in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 Act 663 as amended, which can be accessed on the PPA website: www.ppa.gov.gh.
3. A complete set of Tender Document may be purchased by interested Tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00). Payment shall be made electronically through the GHANEPS.
