The Ministry of Energy and Green Transition invites sealed quotations from the eligible registered Supplier for the Supply of Toner Cartridges.
The Purchaser now invites sealed quotations from eligible Tenders for Supply of Goods.
Tendering will be conducted through the Price Quotation procedures specified in the Republic of Ghana’s Procurement Act, 2003, Act 663 as amended is open to all Tenderers from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
Sealed quotations must be delivered be submitted electronically through the Ghana Electronic Procurement System via the e-Gp portal on or before 14th September, 2026 at 5.00pm prompt.
Where necessary, sealed quotations will be opened in the presence of Supplier's Representatives who choose to participate electronically through the Ghana Electronic Procurement System via the e-Gp portal on or before 14th September, 2026 at 5.00pm prompt.
It is mandatory that Tenderers submit with their tender the following statutory documents
Valid GRA Tax Clearance Certificate
Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate
Valid VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable)
Valid Business Registration Certificate
Valid Registration Certificate from PPA
